What we've noticed is, so long as you keep posting regularly and have new stuff going up a lot to entertain folks and keep them coming back, then the numbers should get better and better.
It also helps to have some good keywords so that the ol' google searches find their way to you...
(Or, to put it rather bluntly: post more often, bitch!)
